There is a fresh batch of upcoming  movies for your viewing pleasure. Here is a preview of them:

1.) Iron Man 3

After the attempted alien invasion of the trickster Loki, Tony Stark, A.K.A. Iron Man, has been living a life of fame and fortune, as if he wasn’t already. But lately he’s experiencing PTSD and Insomnia. While the sexiest man in the world is living his life, a wicked man, The Mandarin, is planning a terrorist assault on Tony Stark and everything dear to him. He tries to get everything back to normal amidst the chaos that he’s being faced with. Iron Man 3 comes out May 3.


2.) The Great Gatsby

Ladies and gentlemen, looks like Leonardo Dicaprio has our curiosity this time with his new movie The Great Gatsby! The story follows Nick Carraway (Tobey Maguire) being sucked into his neighbor, Jay Gatsby’s, expensive and extravagant lifestyle. I tell you this guy knows how to party. But like every human being, The Great Gatsby has something hidden that he never wishes to be revealed. Soon enough Carraway is the one who, unfortunately, uncovers his neighbor’s dark secrets, which will ultimately lead him to tragedy. The fifth movie adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s work will be out in theaters May 10.


3.) Star Trek Into Darkness

I come in peace with the newest Star Trek Into Darkness! Starring Chris Pine as James T. Kirk, the Enterprise is headed back home when an unperceived terror has struck them from within. Captain Kirk is now out on a hunt for a man of mass destruction. They soon find that what lies ahead of them are obstacles that will test their friendship. Star Trek Into Darkness is in theaters May 17.


4.) Fast & Furious 6

After their Rio heist, Dom (Vin Diesel) and his crew now have millions of dollars in their hands. The only problem is they can’t go back home. Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) asks Dom and his crew to help him out on a chase to apprehend an elite crew of mercenary drivers in exchange for full pardons so they can go back home and rebuild everything. Fast & Furious 6 drives in to theaters May 24.


5.)  The Hangover Part III

It all ends here in The Hangover Part III. After the death of Alan’s (Zach Galifianakis) father, the Wolfpack decides to help Alan with his mental issues. Things go wrong when they get jumped and one of their guys gets kidnapped. They are now back in Vegas in search of Mr. Chow (Ken Jeong) to save their friend. The epic conclusion to the trilogy of mayhem and bad decisions comes out May 24.


6.) After Earth

Danger is real. Fear is a choice. After a millennium of evolution, planet Earth has now become hostile to the human race. Now seeking refuge in Prime Nova, Cypher Raige (Will Smith) trains his son Kitai Raige (Jaden Smith) to become a soldier. As they’re travelling, their spacecraft is bombarded in an asteroid storm. They crash land into the remains of planet Earth. Kitai must now traverse the rough terrain and dangers of the hostile planet in search of their rescue beacon and prove himself worthy of becoming a soldier. After Earth comes in theaters May 31.
